Welcome to Recepti.mk, a platform operated by IDEOLOGICS MEDIA DOOEL (hereinafter the "Publisher"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

User Accounts

To post content, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

User-Generated Content

Recepti.mk allows users to publish recipes, photos, and comments. Full ownership and copyright of user content remain with the author.

By publishing, you grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display your content on the platform. The Publisher acquires no ownership of your content and will not use it beyond the platform without your explicit consent.

You may edit or delete your content at any time, which ends the display license. You warrant that you have the right to publish the content and that it does not infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties.

Content from Recepti.mk (Editorial)

Some content on the platform is created or published by Recepti.mk, including via the "Редакција" (Editorial) account. That content is owned by the Publisher and is not user content.

Intellectual Property

All materials on the platform (except user content) are owned by the Publisher or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials from the platform without the Publisher's written consent.

Prohibited Activities

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass or bully other users
• Post spam or advertising content without permission
• Infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to access others' accounts or systems

Termination of Access

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if it believes you have violated these terms.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting the Publisher.

Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Publisher does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously available.

The Publisher is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform or user content. Recipes are shared by users and should be used at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

The Publisher reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
